Ideally if you're doing lots of Video work then you might want to stick as much RAM as the motherboard can handle.Laters

Just browsing some online retailer, and found this. It seems a good deal with free CPU cooler.

Personally I'd not go with a "heatsink + fan" if I could afford it!
I've got a self contained water-cooler for my CPU.
 http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00A0HZMGA/
It keeps my CPU very cool when under 100% load and is very quiet (but I've a AMD FX8350 8-core PC used for gaming and some distributed computing programs so it needs good cooling!!)Laters

            So my to buy list:-
 Intel Core i5 4670K £189.81
 GIGABYTE GA-Z87-D3HP £109.99
Corsair Builder Series CXM 500W £49.83
and either one of these cases:-
Zalman Z5 Plus ATX Midi Tower Case £41.04
 or
Antec Three Hundred Midi Case £48.24
Now are all of these compatible?
If I was to buy the motherboard off Amazon (so I can use my Prime trial) would I need to buy an additional cpu cooler?
I presume that I don't need to use the graphics card I have now?
 Thanks to everyone who replied
Edit:- If I was to go the AMD route what would your recommend?0

Out of curiosity is that AMD FX8350 a better buy than the i5 I have chosen?0
-
The Intel i5 are probably better than the AMD FX range for power consumption and general day-to-day use
the Intel i5/ i7 chips usually beat equivilent AMD chips in benchmarks.
I just got the 8-core AMD in a bundle with a good discount.Laters

Don't get Antec 300. Get Antec 302 if you like the look of it.0

@solitair I would spend £10 more and get a corsair psu. It really is the most important part of the system.0
