Try:
http://www.sky.com/shop/broadband-talk/talk-compare/
Click on "Line checker". Select the "Check your address" tab.
And, if it asks you to login / create a Sky ID at some stage, then create a "new" ID rather than using the current one (that you use for your current package at your current residence).0 -
13Kent, How did the move go? Any issues with registering as a new customer?0

So far so good, we are set up in a new address with a free new sky + box which has greater recording capacity than our old one. The only problem we had was they took a little while to connect our phone line but I think that was due to having old lines in the area, 10 days later than the promised date. The only issue was that my mother in law recommended us, and although they have a record of her application for recommendation they haven't linked it to our setup so she's having to fight for her free m&s vouchers. (I think when I spoke to her last they were going to give her £75 not the promised £100/ Our £100 vouchers are itemised as part of our package on our initial invoice, but we haven't had them as yet.
Thanks for all your advice, much appreciated.0 -
Moving house with the same account = no new contract , which is what i`m doing as i want to keep my options open for when youview can record BT Sport
The issue i`m having is we keep getting problems wth our new 2tb box (took 8 months to supply it!) and each time i contact SKY they have us down at our would be address , not our current = engineer keeps going to the wrong house! , good job its in the same town reallyNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0
