Plasterer problems-advice please

We had a couple of plasterers in yesterday to do a job. Skim/cover existing artex in the hall/landing & stairs. I had to go to work so left my oh there on her own. These are my issues with the finished job. 1. I can see trowel marks in the ceiling. When i go to paint the ceiling will these show up easily? can these be…
