Lloyds Pharmacy DOES.

LA Fitness didn't used to - so they must've changed their policy.

BUPA also didn't used to - think they might do now.

Richer Sounds (https://www.richersounds.com) now accept AMEX. Their website doesn't show it, but you can definitly pay with AMEX instore.

American Express now have Boots on board and will start to accept the card as payment as soon as their computer systems have been updated. That is all departments: Optician, Dental, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic.

I have an email from John Lewis Head Office saying Waitrose do NOT accept Amex. Has anyone used it there?

Waitrose most certainly DOES accept Amex. It's the John Lewis department stores that don't.

Now I have an email from ASDA saying they do not accept Amex. Took them a few days to reply, John Lewis was a lot faster.

One error from Customer services I can believe.


Are ASDA Customer services wrong as well?

Asda definately do take Amex.
I use it there all the time.
