I used my Amex blue card in Evans Cycles.
The sales assistant said they would no longer accept the card from 1 September due to AE doubling their retailer charges from that date.0 -
Hi all,
One more to the list of non acceptance of Amex -
OAKWOOD LEISURE LTD - A Welsh Theme Park.
I do have a couple more but they are smaller local shops such as a local curry house and a small local hardware store.
Lord knows what Amex expects people to do when as soon as you leave the mainstream shops 50% of retailers don't accept your credit card >:(

Add Virgin holidays to the no pile.
I know they surcharge 1.5% all credit cards but with 2% cash back I could have still got £10 back
