Good evening everybody I hope you are well, and have had a great day in the sun. I have just had a fabulous whoopsie run at Mr S I got ham , pork and lamb joints with and loads of prawns and fish with %75 off. it's been ages since I have had a haul like that.Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.0

Thanks Savvy. I'll think to be safe, I'll wait until Thursday and then do a small shop which could compare to either Morries or T's.
Will be interesting to see the result (vs both). My updated M list (forelorn hope??) may help then.
However, sadly not expecting any more SP Soup to be used by me as fillers on future shops, due to the Campbell's now stocked up. Actually probably no need for me to be rushing on this, as it'll probably continue. They'll be egg on my face though, if these later glitch or get reduced or available at 1p or 2p each at some point in the future.
Reason I've gone for it (25p each isn't bad, for four contributions to meals) is because I also think the reduced to 'clear' at M indicates a new pack size to be on the way - inevitably smaller, like the manuf. cheekily did last time - used my first set of 20p vouchers vs the Campbell's soups (at that time, a 5 per pack) and then they went to four a pack, thus basically taking some of the 20p saving away. Now 4/5ths of what it was before. Whatever next??? 3 a pack:eek::(.0 -

(And I know the point about exact size and flavour is a pedantic point, but it is also how I tend to operate as FC will doubtless know too well.)
Do I ever!!! I have had a week of much pedanticness:rotfl:

There is a distinct lack of air at work, I think that might have been something to do with it too. My bag is all kitted up with migraine preventatives if I catch it early enough- nurofen, sunnies and contact lenses. I'm blind as a bat without so need them with me sunnies
Glad yours passed quicklySee you in a bit then.

You and grandpa Artha are pretty much the 'pipe and slippers' brigade these days, at least one of us oldies has to persuade the kiddies that we're not all 'Coffin Dodgers' and there is a bit of life left in us yet..:p:p
Ps.. I'm only 45.
