Hi, nice to see the momentum of the group increasing. I'm on an IPad so don't think I can use the code remaking softwear but am happy to help if I can..

I'm also looking for some advice. Does anyone know the dates next year we can book? And also where would you recommend for an early year break? We go to Devon cliffs on Monday (sooo excited) and I was actually thinking of booking there again for March but in a standard plus caravan rather than delux so we can take the dog. Does anyone have any experience of this?

hi, i have just booked on breakfree holidays website they are doing holidays for nearly all the same as the sun hols prices are 10pp instead of 9.50 they have all the haven sites and plenty of the ones the sun sales also school hol dates for oct

Re caravans getting cold - we always take electric fan heaters to use at October half term and Easter and they soon warm the van up. Or book a site where you will get chalets - we booked Haven Hafan Y Mor last Easter - it was snowy and we were boiling in the chalets - as they have heating in every room. I had upgraded to luxury and we had a fantastic sea view. I would definitely book the chalets there again.

We've had Butlins, haven, park holidays and an independant and they have never looked. We are hoping for Chalets

Re babies; we booked butlins as a four before not including our baby as she was in a travel cot, after booking we just called butlins direct and let them know we had a baby coming, they added her to booking and there was no problem, we did it twice actually. Wouldn't book including the baby as you will be restricted looking for a bigger unit. Also plenty to do for your age group at butlins so might be worth a look.

we have to book for 4 anyway and personally unless they need entertainment passes that is the most you need to pay for unless you need a larger caravan, i have been on tons of sun holidays and not once have they checked how many there are, tbh we are only 4 but as i said they never check

Thankyou, we are hoping for Butlins, but I think the only time we got that was when we went in term time. We need to go half term this time. Dd1 has had to have a lot of time off school this year, and the rules changing about holidays in term time.

Do you think I will be pushing my luck not to add dd3 on as well who will be 22 months, lol. She can go in a cot as well!! I don't think she will make that much difference though as most accommodation the rooms are in multiples of 2, so it is going to look for the same size for us for 6 as it would for 5.
