I wondered if anyone Knows the originator of 'Pealy's code breaker, we could be wiser and quicker when the site opens?

    A question about babies.

I know you are meant to pay for them, but has anyone booked without paying for a baby before? I am pregnant at the moment and when we need to go baby will be around 8 weeks old. I am happy to pay for the baby but I don't want to miss out on accommodation as it is looking for space for 7 rather than 6 as obviously the baby won't need a bed.

Dates for us is more important than where we go, but our eldest 2 are 13 and 12 so we do need somewhere with plenty for them to do as just this once we probably won't want to be going off site to do much and we don't want to travel too far and ideally don't want caravan accommodation this time as it will be starting to get cold when we go.

All of the other times we have been they haven't even really paid attention to who was in our group.

Oh and I will try to help code crack when the site opens, but I don't want to commit to any particular letters as I don't know how co-operative my 19 month old will be around that time.
  • Correction, site officially opens tomorrow, Sunday for priority number holders, but it will open this evening for early bookings if the last code has been worked out

We have only ever been to Haven sites but i agree they don't notice how many are in the car. As baby will only be 8 weeks if asked you could always say she was premature and was not due before the booking date...:o

Re caravans getting cold - we always take electric fan heaters to use at October half term and Easter and they soon warm the van up. Or book a site where you will get chalets - we booked Haven Hafan Y Mor last Easter - it was snowy and we were boiling in the chalets - as they have heating in every room. I had upgraded to luxury and we had a fantastic sea view. I would definitely book the chalets there again.

  • Has anyone had any luck with the 10th code as yet . the last one included numbers when we booked at the beginning of this year so it isn't always a 4 letter work when it comes to getting the 10th code early??

Can only start trying when the website goes live.
