You must lose or damage your card quite frequently then if they charge you for replacing your card.

I've been with them for nearly 10 years and not been charged for a replacement card yet!!!

Coutts , didn't realise it was so rare. Guess we pay through the nose for the pleasure in other ways. Do get free card replacements though :-p
