Evening all
Phew, I've just made a chocolate & banana tray bake, rice pudding, & 8 chicken ready meals for hubby. That's cleared all the leftovers that were hanging about.
I've ironed enough shirts to last hubby the week & enough clothes for me, tomorrow I need to vacuum upstairs.

Have you tried lentil curry with quartered boiled eggs YUMMY
Another really cheap dinner is curried potatoes again with quartered boiled eggs.
Both of these meals used to be what was known in my house as "Thursday dinners" dad got paid on Fridays
