In a similar case involving SSS over on PePiPoo these clowns are trying to claim their day-to-day running expenses as a "loss". Mind you, they are not the only ones. Many PPCs can't seem to be able to get their head round this fact. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Thanks, yes I saw the other case yesterday. I assume this will make it even easier to fight?trisontana wrote: »In a similar case involving SSS over on PePiPoo these clowns are trying to claim their day-to-day running expenses as a "loss". Indeed. It shows they don't know what a "loss" is - i.e. what money they have lost because YOU broke the "contract". Parking Eye famously went to court and tried to claim for a "wardens" uniform. Of course he would have been naked if the driver hadn't broken the contract !0

I/the driver certainly won't be admitting to breaking any "contract" as it is.Indeed. It shows they don't know what a "loss" is - i.e. what money they have lost because YOU broke the "contract". All Parking companies have CCJ successes .
They get them by issuing proceedings against people who have moved home.
 They are automatic default claims.
They dont win any that are defended and the ones they did were very quickly overturned at appeal court.Be happy...;)0
