Which words in a competition scare you away?

^^ this! I would NEVER go on air. I just know I would stumble over my words and probably end up saying a banned word!

Actually I've never really thought of a competition entry being something so simple when they say effort.

Another I have just thought of isn't actually in the title but the body of the text. When they ask you why you should win or what would you say if you came face to face with an alien (example I must point out :rotfl:) then it says "winner will be picked at random) What is the point of posting a witty reply if they just pick randomly?

Weirdly mine is Candles- I hate candles, they give me the creeps, so do coathangers, but there aren't that many comps giving away coathangers!!!
If the comp said win a candle and £10K I may not be able to enter because if I win I would have to take delivery of a candle............hmmmmmmmm

On air was one of my nightmare scenarios until I entered a joke on Heartfm not knowing they would ring you up.............which they did at 8.30am one morning.

I'm a very shy person but didn't have time say anything before they put me through to Toby Anstis (Rabbit in the headlights time :eek:)

But....I told the joke and won a TV, Sky plus box and all the channels for a year.
Would I do it again? Not a chance in hell :rotfl::rotfl:

'EFFORT' esp 'PHOTO EFFORT' - apart from the fact I don't have a camera (just on my phone), I cannot take a decent photo to save my life!:D
