sky cancellation query

well i decided to go ahead and i phoned sky this time it wasn't a 30+ minute wait i was passed to retentions within 2 minutes so a good start. I then explained i'd cancelled my sky tv but now i wanted to cancel both bb and sky line rental. She asked why and i explained she then put me on hold for a good 5 minutes telling me it would only allow her to disconnect straight away and not in x days. she went away to her supervisor and then came back and said because i'd got sky fibre this could be turned off within two days of cancellation so i should phone back 2-3 days before my installation date she put a note on the system and that was it. if they now request i give 31 days notice on my next conversation i have two sky cs who have contradicted this and noted both names and times.0
