Virgin - Give me my money back

I changed ISP from Virgin in January and they have continued taking payments - I didn't notice until the 3rd month (I know, I should check statements closer :confused:). Their email customer services said they can't deal with it and gave me 2 phone no.'s - neither of which work!!! They haven't replied to my email now. So…

Well I was not charged for this month broadband from Virigin after my cancellation, I assume I am the lucky one . I am still waiting for my refund, I think it's about £10. it's been about 3 working weeks now, they said upto 2 months. Don't if just to give up and forget about it, or chase it up.
