So I take it that you have sent the OP a private message telling them that if they do lose the court case, you will be more than happy to cover all of their legal fees.
After all, if you think it's 100% definite that they can't lose then you have nothing to worry about have you?
The buyer purchased a vehicle from a business seller, and this vehicle turned out to be unroadworthy and not as described.
Even though this may not have been the fault of the OP, a judge may still rule that a refund must be given and that if the OP wants to recover their money then they must pursue the garage that carried out the MOT.0 -
