My commiserations. We put our house up for sale when we saw one we loved. We sold it within two weeks, put an offer in, and we are in the process of purchasing... Crossing fingers.0 -
When we first put our old house up for sale, fell in love with a property (or two!) before we had a firm offer on our house. Same happened to us, these where sold (SSTC) before we were proceedable.0

Now for the negotiation!0 -
Bit of an update, first offer on the house rejected, but I accepted the improved second offer, this happened on the 12th August.
