Dyson - a big thumbs UP !

Options
I advertised my Dyson on ebay for spares as it wasn't picking up so well and they said they worked for Dyson and I should try phoning them and asking for advice. I forgot and then when I did the girl I spoke to sent out a new central bit which should make it work free of charge and I thought that was really nice of her.

I had been thinking of changing from Dyson but that is great customer service. My machine is over 2 years so it was especially nice of her.
Nice to save.

    Well done:)
Another thumbs up for dyson from me as well!
I managed to break the stair tool from my 4 month old Dyson ( i admit i was a bit too rough with it).
I gave them a ring and they are sending me out a new one.
    Well done Dyson!!

Dyson customer service is without a doubt the best I have ever come across.
A year or two back our Dyson packed up for no apparent reason - we rang them and they sent a service engineer out within a couple of days. He turned up at precisely the arranged time. He gave the cleaner a really good going over, took it completely apart, and although it was out of warranty he still gave it a free service (as we hadn't had one before).
He diagnosed a worn cable rewind mechanism and replaced it (and the cable). It came to about £28 all in. He could have stitched us up for all sorts of unneccessary repairs and replacement parts but he didn't.

I'm looking at purchasing a Dyson all floors DC14. The best price I have found so far is on Tesco.com.
Doe anyone know of any promotion codes if I purchase via Tesco's.
    Many Thanks
    DSR.

I agree that Dyson have marvellous customer service.
    Ours recently broke.
I telephoned them and the girl was able to tell me what to do to fix it.
    Absolutely brilliant.
Wouldn't buy a different make of vaccum now.
