ok - I doubt it was the ceo but at least some-one did reply to my email and try to call me, lets see what tomorrow brings,

The CEO are people who are higher up than customer service ( Managers/ Manageress ) who work in the office on behalf of Antony Jenkins. He does not actually ring people him self personally. But people under him answer queries on his behalf.

hello again

after emailing the CEO I did get a speedy reply, same day, and things were moving along and they even got in touch with Barclay Card for me as I think I may have been mis-sold ppi from them too - the fos have told me Barclays are in the process of making me an offer.
My next question though is thus, after contacting BarclayCard re ppi I was turned down and sent a copy of the BarclayCard application - one minor problem though, it wasn't MY application, it was a lady with the same name as me and now I am have access to all her private details, date of birth, mothers maiden name, home address, where she works, bank account dets, I've called BarclayCard twice, emailed and wrote letters, that was two weeks ago and no-one has contacted me.....any ideas what to do next?
