EchoDelta I'm already chickening out.... 3.5 years worth of clothes though, wow! You must have a separate LO clothes room lol xx
Pretty much!
We have a basement which is full of baby stuff except for a bookshelf and a pile of Christmas presents!Sealed Pot Challenge - No. 117

Lol don't tempt me, I'm already trying to think where I could stash them in the new house without OH thinking I was building an LO shrine...MFW Sept 2013 Starting balance: £101160.59 25 years

Well the sort out went ok-ish, I threw a few tatty things away and separated out a bag of things to donate to friend as hand-me-downs... I also discovered a bag of things SIL had lent us for LO but he never got round to wearing them, so those went back. Other than that I just shoved everything into the vacuum bags and hoovered them down as small as possible lol. Much neater and tidier in there now, even though technically I'm not much further forward!
Called payroll and just waiting for email confirmation that everything is sorted. I have a months annual leave to take from Dec so hopefully should be being paid again from just before xmas.
Spent the afternoon at MILs, she doesn't see LO much so that was nice.
Spent £34 in boots as LO needed nappies and milk, we're stocked up for October now (nappies on 3 for 2 and I had a £5 off £30 or more voucher to use so that worked out well).
OH is off to the cinema with BIL tonight so I have the place to myself...
So I'm off for an early night with the bed all to myself lol xxMFW Sept 2013 Starting balance: £101160.59 25 years

Well we had a nice wee day today, got out for a coffee shop chat with friends and once again I didn't buy anything (doesn't seem unusual though as we all have kids under the age of one to generally sitting feeding them lunch / playing with them etc!) so feeling proud of that
Payday tomorrow (for OH, not for me as this is my first month with zero pay!) - OH is expecting a small bonus (pay rise back dated from april) but who knows lol.

Heads up - after all our discussions on lego - 3 for 2 on toys at argos until Oct 1st - I've just ordered 2x tubs of duplo creative sorter (Reduced from 21.99 to 14.99) and a lego friends sports car set for £30 (so thats the three girls sorted for xmas presents lol).. would have been £22 + £22 + £13 so seems quite a good saving
1.5% through quidco too, every little helps lol
hope that helps someone! xxMFW Sept 2013 Starting balance: £101160.59 25 years

Scratch that, I've seen a duplo 'pink bricks box' which is even girlier lol, cancelled that previous reservation and ordered two of those and a lego friends mias magic trick set as all three have free home delivery too - grand total £21.98 delivered plus a tiny bit of cashback... have I been bitten by the MSE bug or what lol xxMFW Sept 2013 Starting balance: £101160.59 25 years

Oh no, I was determined not to spend any more on toys until next month but I can already feel the pull of the Argos 3 for 2 offer - might have to have a look:D
Any news on your moving date KolaKube? I think I read in your diary it had been put back to next week.0 -
No news unfortunately - vendor supposed to be signing her contract for exchange tomorrow with a view to completion on Monday... I won't hold my breath as this is completion date #3 (all delays on vendors side, not ours)... :wall:
Maybe third time lucky?? I doubt it somehow given the history, but who knows lol.
To be honest I've lost a bit of the excitement this has gone on so long - I'm sure if we exchange tomorrow I can claw some of it back :rotfl:MFW Sept 2013 Starting balance: £101160.59 25 years
