    Hi Knit Witch,

I have just read your diary and it has inspired me to get out my knitting again! I have far too much wool (however most of it was donated to me by my nan so hasn't cost me anything!) but I do need to use some of it up! I started a cushion cover for my DD1 about a month ago and haven't got very far with it at all yet.

Are you going to do your knitting challenge again this week or next week as I think I need to join in! Especially as it might stop me from picking at chocolate all evening!

Hope you enjoyed your evening at the pub.

Erm being of the veggie type, no to the steak! (although Dr KW had a very nice gammon steak and chips, just 'cos I don't like meat and he is very good about eating veggie at home doesn't mean he has to be a martyr when out!)

Right a quick catch up round the threads/emails and then tapestry time!

Thanks for the welcome Knit Witch - I still haven't managed to do any knitting! Real life for me is more like a madhouse, so I come on here for a bit of peace and quiet!

Right got a couple of work emails to do and then half an hour knitting I think!

Didn't do any knitting last night as got stuck doing some work but at least it means I won't have to do this work at the weekend. I will try and do half hour knitting whilst sitting in my car on Eurotunnel train this evening on my way to France!

And then will hopefully finish my hours knitting saturday evening in front of the television!

Oooh enjoy France Rachel - tonight is TV with Dr KW and the furry KW member

Not happy at the moment as I had to take pain killers this time last week and in 24 hours I put the 4 pounds on that had taken me two months to shift
