Er no! You can give notice prior to the end of the minimum term - if fact, one month prior to the end of the lock-in. If requesting a PAC, leave it a few days to ensure the 30 day transfer window does not expire. If you switch early, an early termination charge is usually billed, even if it is just a few days.

Buzby what's your problem. The guy knows exactly how a contract works.

You don't need to explain it to everyone on every thread. That's just becoming ridiculous.
