I'm really sorry to (possibly/probably ) go over old ground but I got myself totally confused at 5 am trying to figure this out (old dog with problems up in the night , no chance of sleep)

I read lots of posts and lots on the pepipoo site is it and just confused myself even more ...

Live in Scotland . Got notice today from Ecp car parks for overstay in free car park at retail park where I bought stuff
£70 requested. Pics of no plate , not car or driver (not me ).

Really could do without any more stress at the mo.
