Parking Eye? Please help!

I had a couple of letters from Parking Eye about 6 months go, showing yes, I had been 15 mins late leaving a car park. Yes I read the signs but unfortunately I lost track of time and my grouchy 3 year old wasn't playing ball so I ended up being 5 mins late back to the car, then an extra 10 mins to get out the car park due to awful and misleading road signs.
So I had the two letters saying if I paid £85 then I'd not have to pay the full £135, and after having a look on here previously, I ignored the letters. I have just had a letter from "Debt Recovery Plus Ltd" demanding I pay £135 immediately or face court action.
Has anyone else received these messages? Are they legit? Or do I ignore it?
Thanks!

Jeez , I appreciate you creating a thread about this, but the advice won't change from the other threadYou can ignore Debt Recovery Plus and Zenith Collections when they write next, they are in fact the same company.
But since you received that advice Parking Eye have been issuing claims to certain people who have ignored. If you get a small claim please each of you come back here for help defending this. A small claim doesn't = a loss - it's just their next step of intimidation.

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Well, they have neither given you a reasonable time to find a space, leave said place and to leave the car park. So they have broken the BPA's CoP here. Also with their 'discounted' charge. It should be no more than 60% of that higher figure. 60% of £135 is £81. Again, they have broken the BPA's CoP with that.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Posts everywhere about DRP and Zenith letters, cluttering up this forum and pepipoo to the extent that I for one am bored of typing the same reply. However bear with me because the pepipoo link is useful.
All you had to do was Google them. But do read the pepipoo last link to just a snapshot of threads all asking the same question (I post as SchoolRunMum on pepipoo and you'll see I gave that poster a load of links in seconds, as the question is asked so often by people who don't know how or don't bother to search a forum). It's only a matter of ignoring junk mail from DRP and 'Zenith' (also the same DRP call centre).
The only time to respond is if you get a Letter Before Action and if Parking Eye decide to try a small claim. Right now DO NOT respond.
Glad to see you got the right advice from another poster already on the Motoring forum (wrong place to post but at least they advised correctly to ignore it).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
