    and i just phoned the company i bought it off and they say no trace of me buying it LOL how funny is that i know I did as i only use them for my electrical purchases gonna check bank statements

    water is not going down the hole just checked and it is just laying at back of fridge tried to poke something down and it wont let me jiggled and jiggled and no lee way for anything even like a safety pin will go in, doesnt seem to be a hole

    You want a piece of thin wire about 12 inches long push it in a wriggle it about until the defrost water runs away.
    Job done.
