no just looked the model number is no where inside i thought it might be by the light but nothing

It should be there somewhere - all modern fridges have a sticker inside indicating the model and power rating etc.

It might be on a side wall inside the fridge or in one of the compartments. Have you tried removing the drawers inside the freezer?

Although this is from an Australian website, it may help you find the sticker:

If it is indeed that model, you shouldn't be having a problem with frost as it says it has Auto-defrost.

Hmm...did you check around the inside of the door and at the bottom of the fridge?

Most fridges come with a small plastic tool to unblock the hole. If yours doesn't try using the back of a ball-point pen or even the pointy pocket holder on the cap of the pen.

I have checked and rechecked and checked again and no sticker anywhere no model number on the inside outside or anywhere i can only assume it must be on back of fridge however as we had to level it up with the floor i really dont want to move it unless it is absolutely necessary

Do you still have the receipt - the model number may be on that?

Does the hole seem frozen up with water? You may need to manually defrost the fridge and clean the hole from the back or you could try using a hair dryer on a low setting to melt the ice in the hole.
