Just wait until the notice to keeper on both of them, and just send a soft appeal on both individually. You won't be paying anything to these scammers. There is something that you can send to both the management company and scammers withdrawing from the permit scam, and if they continue you trespass on your property you could sue them for harassment. Will have a look to see if I can find it.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Is it clear that this is a SPECIFIC parking space allocated to the OP's flat, thus landing belonging to that flat?
Or is it an entitlement to A space in the car park?
(This may make a difference w.r.t. a trespass claim).0 -
Hello again, after 3 months I received 2 "notice of intended court action" letters from Dept Recovery Plus Ltd with. Funniest part is they're writing that isn't first letter (yeah right) and they want me to pay 298 otherwise they will pass file to creditors solicitor to commence court action against me. What should be my next step?0

DRP don't do court much, do they? Or do they manage to rooster it up?
Also, what happened to the NtK for each "invoice"? If they don't get sent, isn't that against the BPA code of practice?0 -

I have never received a NtK. It's just annoying how they left it for so long and now trying to make me pay.0 -
Next will be Zenith Collections with a discount , if you look closely you will see that its still DR+ pretending to be someone else, they will crawl back under the rock they crawled out of in due course. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Write to UKPS and state that you are going to report them to the BPA as they have served no Notice to Keeper at all and the first letter has been the debt collector letter - which is certainly NOT a compliant NTK. I am sure zzzLazyDaisy typed a great version of such a letter for someone a week or so ago (re a late NTK).
...was this in Scotland or NI?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
