Honestly rosie red bottom, so you have to be so smug and vindictive to someone you don't even know. I am sure you have issues in your own lives for whatever reason.

Anyone everyone else, lets just ignore the trolls - feeding them replies makes them feel more worthy and they honestly are non worthy.

Fuddle you need to stay here. I can tell you from experience that the rug can be pulled from under you any time. If you stay OS then you can ride it out.

We had a really good income after years of struggle then Mrs T and the recession happened. It was a terrible time and we lost our home but things have got a lot better over the years and now I would say it is the best since I started reading MSE because I could spot where we went wrong and know how to avoid the same mistakes.

Ignore those who probably have not walked this path.

i don't find it particularly cliquey. Yes, there are a lot of regular posters, but they don't seem to mind other people dropping in and out. I comment every couple of months when I feel it's relevant.

When you have kids things are always stretched and no one knows how their circumstances will change for good or ill.

Bet your kitchen floor is gleaming.

Need to go out to post stuff so see you all later.

    Hugs to all

Have you tried home made peppermint creams?

Just a whisked egg white with a few drops of peppermint essence and icing sugar - form into paste and cut into discs. Dead easy and cheap. If you want to be posh you can cover or half cover in melted chocolate.

Yes that rug of life. It can't 'alf be viciously sudden and nasty can't it?

Someone mentioned The Pauper's Cookbook earlier. Is it a good resource?

Possesion, I was going to post before about your doggies but got distracted. Your doggie is utterly gorgeous. He looks very content already. :) The thing with having one dog is that you can absolutely make sure that he's ok and his needs are met. You can control his.environment for his needs. Add into the mix a second dog, who has differing needs and is distressed etc it might reflect on your other doggie. I know i could only ever have 1 dog but that me and my need to control and make sure everyone is ok. I see so many dogs out together that look happy with their friends sooo... I think you do right in seeing how the dogs get on socially first. Maybe a few sleepovers if you can before you commit. :)

Trying to make gnocchi later as spag bol night. I was going to make a garlic bread but think the kitchen is too cold to proove.
