Thank you. I do too. This has been a nightmare of a pregnancy since sil was 6 months along. No one assumed she would get a week away from her due date (due 27th july) xFuture goals:

Oh Princess that does not sound fun - hope the baby arrives safe and well soon.
Kidcat - oh I know that well!! Not for nothing is DS's nickname Destructo Boy! One reason we started it a the beginning of the summer break so we have the full 6 weeks.0 -
PX87 hope all goes well for your sister in law and the baby, first pregnancies can be a bit unpredictable and stop and start a bit before the event actually happens. They wouldn't have sent her home if there was the slightest doubt so, although you will, don't worry too much, they'll be fine, Cheers Lyn xxx.0

Princess don't you worry ok. I was in labour and they still sent me home. Perfectly safe to do so as I was only a few cm's dilated. I think the maternity wards need all the beds they can get and at such sort notice. If they thought for one second she was anywhere near they'll hang on to her dontcha worry.
Well done that little man for staying in his big boy bed. So pleased to read thatThat's the first massive step taken and succeeded. No matter what happens your little fella can physically and emotionally cope in his big bed - whatever follows you'll cope

We had the vet visit this morning and I'm pleased to report that Docky is fine, it appears to be a fibrous mass left after some inflammation, so no need for further treatment unless it grows or changes dramatically or starts to bother him. Our vet is wonderful, she showed us the biopsy report and has asked the lab to test again to make sure and she'll ring us to let us know all is definately OK. Stitches out this morning, little nosey fully healed and no charge for the visit, she's a gem!!! Thank you all his friends for loving him enough to be concerned for his welfare, he loves you all back and sends everyone slurps and wooffleses!!! Cheers Lyn and Docky xxx.0

Hadn't realised Docky had been so unwell, bless him. Good to hear good news...
Found some more:eek:events to try and see/do during Summer. Will have to choose which to go to...the free one's will get priority:p
Bridlington, Seaham, Airshow(Sunderland nearer Seaburn really)and maybe a bike event near Durham but that may be difficult to get to. All before Monday. Now I have found this which could interest anyone in the North East that reads the forum, especially families."A government afraid of its citizens is a Democracy. Citizens afraid of government is tyranny!" ~Thomas Jefferson

Oh Lyn, good news. Thanks for letting us know. I never got that 'eeek' worrying feeling as in something sinister but I was still concerned because of the unknown involved. Pleased it's all ok.
You got this next week pops http://sirf.co.uk/ if you're interested. The riverside is closed which sprialed me into a great panic. I've been on dual carriageways and through town centres I didn't know existed to try get back. I only live a hand full of miles away - all for a flaming sheet! Oh saw the flannelette ones. I neeeeeeeed come the autumn - do they wear easier than cotton ones?0 -
