Oh yes please!!! :j :j
I have been trying to get OH to agree to this cake for months! all he has said is "no, cos it doesn't match anything else" This is the man that thus far has paid no attention to anything matching! :rotfl:All comments and advice given is my own opinion and does not represent the views or advice of any debt advice organisation.

And if anyones M&S wedding cake isn't there when they go to pick it up read this that I posted before. My daughter got her cake free.

Seeing as everyone else is showing their M&S cakes I thought I'd stick a pic of mine on too.
My colour scheme was lilac & ivory so the cake didn't really match but I didn't care because I just loved the idea of a chocolate wedding cake. It's seems to be one of the things people remember about the wedding strangely enough!
Perversia: I love your cake, it really looks beautiful. The whole table looks very elegant with the candle and matching linen too. Well done to your Mum.
Here it goes....

Hi Skintchick,
I think it'd be really easy to change the ribbon on it because it's on quite loose. In fact I noticed on one of the pics from our wedding that someone sent us it was even hanging off a bit. You'd just have to be careful not to knock the roses but if you did it from underneath as it's in 3 tiers it shouldn't be a problem.
Have a look at the ribbon on this pic

Hello,
am new to this and getting married in sept 08, am thinking of the white choc m and s cake for my do, but was wondering what it actually tasted like and was it sickly?????
We are trying to save money and our caterer has said we could use the cake as our pudding with cream and save lots of money. Also it means it wont get wasted.
what do you all think? or should i have the choolate one????
Thanks0
