I've also had one from Highview, overstaying in a supermarket car park.
As I understand it the advice has changed from "ignore" now, or has it?
There is currently a thread on PistonHeads where someone is being taken to court by an unnamed PPC, possibly as a result of him identifying himself over the internet and the PPC then seeing it and making the link.
At present I haven't identified myself as the driver so I could still play the ignore card. An email/letter to the supermarket also could probably sort the situation I imagine, but does the ignore card still work?
Short answer, NO we haven't advised that for months.

Well ... would you believe it. ... just had a reply from highview .... they have looked at there data and have decided to cancel the notice .... interesting wonder why !!!
