Tomorrow is D day. We'll see if she comes over with the cash or we have to go knocking.
Now if she hasn't got the cash what do we do?
Don't want to claim on our insurance. Would rather go through her insurance so long as she tells us who they are, (we haven't mentioned we know who her insurance is with yet). But she refuses what do we do?
Unless she tells her insurance about the accident you might have a hard time dealing with them directly.
