bloody hell, no wonder there's never any loo roll in the pub toilet, you lot are so light fingered. I wondered why there was a box on the bankruptcy SOA for Auntie Mauds china dogs and other ill gotten gains.
Honestly people, don't get irritated by broken hearted, this thread is so funny. No one in their right mind comes out with this sort of nonsense, so have a chuckle at her expense and move on.
Damn, who nicked my watch while I was typing??

I know it is all very raw for me at the moment, but I feel really offended. I have paid back significantly more than I ever borrowed, but because I struggled to do so, and was given some very bad advice, the charges etc have amounted to a huge amount - well over £7k on one loan alone! In the last year I have paid over £5k to an IVA company, doing what I thought was best (again, after advice) and now know that my creditors have not recieved a single penny. I feel terribly guilty about my situation, but that is where I am. I have not just borrowed and spent money for the sake of it and then run away - for the last 2 years I have not borrowed so much as 50p for a coffee.
Yes, I have broken a promise - to repay what I borrowed - but it is not a criminal offence, and I am taking the action I need to in order to begin to get my life back on track. Its not an easy option, and I have not slept properly or felt well for a long time. I was talking to someone the other day and they compared it to another type of broken, legal promise - a divorce. Are you suggestion that divorcees should nt be employed as they are not trustworthy??? Of course not, it would cause major uproar. My life is going to be affected enough once I go bankrupt, I will need the normality and stability of a job to keep my head straight.0
