How does your transport person know of this ?
I would ask them, if the parking scammers have given him your data obtained from dvla you have them right by the bollaks well and truly.

Nobody can take this from your salary, it would be illegal.

No no, they won't take from my salary. i mean, it's a whole day at work equivalent salary that I now have as a 'debt' in this PCN. She knew because I asked her why it was issued, when we have permits.
    Comping Since June 2016
    Wins:
Trunki, Cranberry snacks, Astonish cleaning hamper, Organix kids box, Abode tap, Cath Kidston tea set and cook book, £300 Sainsburys voucher, £152 Clarins hamper, Foot care gift set, Aromatherapy associates body balm, tickets to Winter Wonderland Nutcracker on ice.

It is most likely "her" that put it on your car.
They are usually self ticketing scams and they get a cut of the scam money.

Did you notice anything else unusual like the glove box lid open as if the vehicle had been shaken or anything else dislodged.
Dont think for one second they would not shake the car to dislodge the permit, oh yes they would.
PS you dont have a debt, you have an invoice for a unlawful penalty.
You dont have any credit agreement with this firm so unless they want to chance county court, there will be no debt, they do not win at court if you put in the correct defence.
There is no Loss to either party to claim for.
    Be happy...;)

i'm sorry i've got another question.

how do I know whether the parking company has backed down when i've submitted the POPLA appeal? Do I get a letter saying it's been revoked? Will I hear nothing?

I got a CCJ 7 years ago and I just recieved it in the post, there were no other warnings until I had a court letter.

It didn't help I just had our transport person phone me and try to scare me into paying it, really annoyed at my employer now. A whole days salary taken for parking at my place of work just so they can make money out of us, disgusting.

POPLA will tell you the result of your appeal.
