Evening,
Just got back and logged on. Bonus on receiving the cheques, I wouldn't complain if they say they owe you money, every penny helps!
Re friend - its a hard one. From past experiences I will never get involved financially with anyone but thats me. I suppose you just have to weigh it up and the pros and cons etc etc. If you do it, make sure its a loan where by you can pay extra off in attempt to clear the debt quicker still.
Glad the rain has stopped - weekend was lovely and sunny, actually got a little bit of sunburn at wedding!
Will chat again soon - now off to do some washing, boring!!!
Oh and great stuff on the sleep - you definately needed that! xx0 -
Morning, Glad you had a great weekend away sortingit.- you def deserved that.
Had a row with OH last night. app i am lazy!??? Was meant to have my mate coming to do ebaying with me but had to cancel as OH didnt want all the junk downstairs. Nowt like support is there-So i will have to do it while he's at work.
Could strangle him he tells me one more time that its my fault and i need to sort it-what does he think im doing. Well i know he thinks i'm sat on mybum all day.
Sorry thats my whinge over with.
Today i am going to change energy supplier thru quidco and i am going to keep the cashback and not tell OH-naughty i know but in his eyes these things sort themselves magically. Same as thewashing, ironing etc and the kids obviously never get any attention. I am sorry but hes really got to me. how can i be so lazy i have 3 proper jobs plus mystery shopping and 2 kids.
I just dont need any more stressjune debt totals:

Sham
I think your OH is so bang out of order its ridiculous.
I just cant believe what hes saying to you, so unacceptable. You are under so much pressure, more than anyone else I can think of at the mo. Im not living with you, but if I were I would be worried about the state your in, not kicking you when you are down. I personally wouldnt put up with it, but there you go, I can be pretty harsh
Dont let your freind get the loan. If anything else happened, like losing your job, or anything catastrophic like that, then your mate would be well & truly lumbered.
I think if you want the interest frozen and I dont blame you some of them are crazy- I again urge you to call CCCS and talk to them about a dmp. you dont have to take it you know, but a phone call to them might help you think about it some more. Personally, if you need 14 hours kip to keep going, you are overdoing it a bit in my book and I think youll need to look after yourself more so you dont expire. Seriously, i tihnk you will lose the plot carrying on like this. I think you are doing absolutely wonderfully under the circumstances, but i dont think any of us could cope with what you have on your plate right now. Even if you did go on a dmp, it WOULD NOT BE AN ADMISSION OF FAILURE, you can still ebay, you can still pay off lup sums, you can still reduce the term.
Sending a massive hug hun, i know I alwways bang on about the DMP< but I really think it would be a lifesaver for you
PLEASE consider it some more, you can chat to me on MSN if you wanted? PM me your msn add and we can chat then x

Hi lynx- have pm'd you. i have thought long and hard about a dmp and am just waiting for a couple of months to see if i get my charges back which is £3k and then my savings £1800 and will ask grandparents. if dont get charges back then i will go on a dmp. but nearly £5 should significantly reduce my payments.june debt totals:

Afternoon,
You lazy! I don't think anyone could ever call you that, you are working so hard and are under so much stress trying to juggle everything!!! I bet that really upset you - you need support not extra stress!
Does OH help around the house/with kids etc?? It's making me mad so I can't imagine how you must be feeling!!
Keep strong and positive - I am assuming that OH knows full extent of your circumstances - I just wish he would help you out. I am not having a go as it is not my place to and I don't know the guy but I really think he should be doing that little extra to support you, even if it is just washing/ironing, letting you sort out your ebay etc at the end of the day it is all going to benefit him too in the long run. Sorry - I don't mean to go on but it makes me mad as just feel for you. I know how I felt when OH was having a blip, thankfully 99% of the time he is behind me and pays for most things etc like this weekend.
Keep smiling and you put your foot down and get on with the ebay, at the end of the day you have to keep going on and working hard like you are and he shouldn't be putting anything in your way of working towards being debt free - I know how much you don't want to think about a DMP so the next few months are cruicial - does he know that?
Keep posting and give us an update on how you are.
Lots of hugs! xxx
P.S sorry if I went on a bit???0 -
Good morning guys. thank you for your words of support sorting it.OH should be supporting me but it aint ever gonna happen so im just gonna have to be tough.
Another of my bosses has offered to help me out on his days off. He will either list things on ebey for me or mind the kids while i do it or even type letters etc-anything to help basically. So i do have some support.
Someone keeps phoning for me at work and its driving me potty-i think it is a loan company although i specifically said there was to be no calls at work and they agreed.
I am not behind on payments on anything so i know its no one chasing me but what must everyone else think? that bugs me a lot.
Also Citi keep leaving messages wanting me to talk about secured loan with them- how many times to i need to tell them NO? its the little things that get to me most.
Anyway-whinge over.
hope everyone okjune debt totals:

Hi Sham!
I am sorry to hear your OH is being an idiot. Have you ever shown him your posts on here? He should really be supporting you a lot more than he is!
I was pleased to hear that you have two colleagues who are happy to help you. I would take advantage of that if I were you, but wouldnt borrow money from them if you can help it. Maybe one could mind the kids and the other one help you list all your things?
Do you know when you can get the money for your savings? I would be chasing that up as much as possible or do you have to wait for 30 days? Once that money comes through you will be sub 30k so yay!
Lynz talks a lot of sense and I do agree with everything she has written. You really need the support from your other half and if he wont support you and keeps sticking stupid conditions on stuff then maybe he isnt good enough for you?Debt Free - done

hi all again.
just got back from my morning at playgroup and ferrying my mum to and from college. only got an hour before need to get ready for work.
Have done my daily clicks-thanks lynz for showing me how that works.
I have had the phone ringing constanly but totally ignored it.
And if one more person tells me it will be ok one day i think i will scream.
I am certainly going to be taking up as many offers as help as is available.
As for OH i am tied due to finances and he is a great dad.june debt totals:

Well today i feel lousy-full of cold bu i am gonna go out there and spread my germs around!!
Had an early fin at work last night and was home and in bed by 2am and what a difference that has made.
My friend had investigated the loan for me and it would save me £125 a month so still wouldn't cover my shortfall. I think i must get more money per month than ive worked out as i always meet the minimums. Think its coz i dont really get paid monthly. I must look at that as it might make me a bit less stressed.
Also have been asked to work3 extra shifts next month which will be an extra £200 there so again another month i wont need to worry about.
Also found a scratch card in my car from months ago it appears with a £2 win on-am putting that on lottery tonight.june debt totals:
