Oh for crying out loud! Somebody has just asked for your help. Purple Eagle. My advice is to contact Aldi on Monday and see if they can help in the first instance. If they cant, come back here, but not on this thread - this is full of angry people at the moment, and they appear to have forgotten their cause. I will get flamed, but unfortunately, if they wont help (even though they advised you to come here), then I will try!
So - sorry, I digressed - if Aldi dont help on Monday - come back to this Forum, but rather than clicking on this thread, go to the main forum and then click on the motoring section. Loads of helpful people on this site, but this is the wrong thread for constructive help!
Hope that helps. :-)0 -

What enfield freddy is saying is that you haven't got a fine - read this thread for Newbies first - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822
and then start your own thread. Don't delay as there are timescales. You won't be paying £70.0 -
People here are helpful! You have been reported for your post
Please purple eagle create your own thread below, and please read the sticky thread by coupon mad on the top this will explain everything you need to know
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Got you Freddy. Same wavelength.
Sorry Purple Eagle. It's a bit late around now. If you click on the link you will find some very useful info. Have a good read.
Gary is right. This thread is not a good place to start. This is where we moan about the private parking scum. You see they are all scum. You will soon learn that. If you read the thread linked then when you have a reasonable grasp start your own thread and give as many details as you can without giving away personal details. You will be helped with the timeline of events and given a way to beat the scammers without too much trouble for yourself. As it stands you have done nothing wrong. That is something you will soon learn.
Also, do as Gary says. Contact Aldi to complain. Don't ask them to deal with it. Tell them. They have little interest in helping because they gain financially. But it's always worth trying.0 -

It is not a fine but a speculative invoice.
Process is to appeal to Parking Eye
Appeal to POPLA
Don't pay a penny
But start your own thread - this is another topic
