Did you hear about the dyslexic, agnostic insomniac?

He stayed up all night wondering if there was a dog.

And I can spell dyslexic :p (when sober)
  • As a regular eurozone holidaymaker, I watch the exchange rates for buying euros all the time. On the high street, in York at any rate, the best rates on any given day are consistently at Ramsden's jewellers and the Money Shop. Superdrug are not far behind, but M&S and travel agents are nowhere. Incidentally this does not apply for other currencies necessarily, so whatever else you might want it is still necessary to shop around.

I bought dollars today. I checked this site & the nearest exchange with the best rate was Thomas Cook. They didn't have any small denomination notes (for tips - going All Inclusive) but assured me all the others have the same rates. I went to First Choice and they had loads of $1 notes AND they matched Thomas Cook's excellent rate. I didn't know they did that. I'm going to remember this for next time.

What a drama... :) Get a decent card such as the Clarity, use your Santander debit or Zero if you have one or get a decent Global usage card such as the Kalixa Pay and take out decent chunks and use it for purchases too. Today you would get 1.1646€ for purchases.

The kind of money we are talking about, i wouldnt worry too much. Try thomas cook ,order on line in advance, collect from local shop.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

I'm really not loaded. I bought both holidays last year and I hardly go out drinking like most people etc..and just been saving up my money. I recently lost my job infact so i'm anything from rich..just budget my money well. And well I agree its only 12 euros, but just because you have money..never devalue it. I still believe that every penny counts :)

Good on you girl, funny how some folk can be quick to judge . . . . :j

Your don't need a good credit history for the Kalixa Pay. Good value as long as the Promo Code still works. A dummy run indicates that it is validated.
