Just had a terrible expereince with ThemePark-Tickets.com. Same expereinces as previous people. Don't use them! Two weeks prior to departure still no tickets. When I did get through (phone lines impossibly engaged - other customers unhappy?) spoke to Patrick and Anna on numerous occasions, giving excuses and promises to call back with an update. Not one was received! Two days before departure, rang again and their solution to not having tickets was for us to pick them up at their California Office!!!! Now trying to get a refund, credit card company said we are covered if they failed to deliver the service. You do not want this stress before you depart on holiday.....don't use them!0

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!
I am travelling to Florida on Sunday (19th Aug 07). After weeks of trying to get through by telephone and several unsatisfactory conversations, I was finally told on Wed (15th Aug 07) that I wasn't getting any tickets from themepark-tickets.com. I have been promised a full refund (£1022). However, on checking the company behind themepark-tickets.com, Sunstyle, I have found that in September 2006, they were placed under investigation for not honouring holiday bookings, not being contactable and not giving refunds. Last night (16th Aug 07) the themepark-tickets.com website seemed to shutdown and surprise surprise, the phone is engaged. The Sunstyle sites don't work either.
I am not at all hopeful of seeing my money again from this shower. I understand that my credit card provider will reimburse me if I don't receive a credit in a reasonable period.
I feel cheated, let down and frustrated beyond words.
I'll now have to buy my tickets in Florida. I just wish I'd decided to do that in the first place.

What a nightmare - at least you paid by credit card and not a debit card.
If you were looking at the 14 days disney tickets, I don't think you can get them over in the USA as they're specific for the UK market. It's not too late, as you can get e tickets via this company

They're part of Seligo a respected company. I used them myself last year without any problems. But given your recent experience I wouldn't blame you for just buying tickets when you get there.0 -
You can buy any ticket for disney or any theme park in FLORIDA....If your staying on International drive visit the OFFICAL TOURIST OFFICE. Not one of the little booths along I.D
Also look on offical disney site for special offers they are NOT MORE EXPENSIVE than elsewhere..

I too can recommend the above company for the cheapest UK 14 day tickets but do phone them if you are booking at such short notice as it does need time for Disney to get your ticket on to their system.

this sounds like something a big consumer program should look into ( i.e watchdog) hope you take the time to write them and maybe save other people this nightmare.Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0

I ordered our orlando flex tickets in June 2007 and they took payment promptly. Our departure was due 27th July, but when tickets hadn't arrived a week before I called them every day and they promised to get them sent out. A day before departure they said they had supply problems and would not be sending them out!
They promised a full refund would be made (£432) and gave me another website to buy from (attractiontix.com). I then paid out again and received etickets which I used successfully.
However on our return 2 weeks later I see that no refund had been made, and so I call them up every day and despite promises they then keep saying the person who does refunds is not in, or will process it and confirm. It's been two weeks now and frustrating as heck. Now I see their website is down. I will be complaining to trading standards to investigate.
So do NOT use this company - you have been warned..0 -

Hi,I ordered £810 of park tickets from THEME PARK TICKETS on 8th July,
for delivery by end of July.A couple of days before this date I had a phone call saying the tickets would be with me by August the 3rd, by the end of the following week still no tickets and practically impossible to contact them.
When I did get somebody (MD) I was told there was no tickets.
Fortunately I ordered mine with my credit card,but it still makes me so angry to think that these people keep getting away with ROBBING the public like this.
I notice now that their web site is closed, as is the parent company SUNSTYLE VACATIONS.
I would suggest that if we ALL contact TRADING STANDARDS perhaps we could put a stop to these peoples dishonest trading

Hi am posting this for my sister.
Ordered tickets beginning of June 07 was travelling with partner and 2 kids on the 03/08/07.
Tickets never arrived made 20 plus calls.
On the first calls promises of tickets being sent special delivery never happened.
Calls after that tickets not in stock
Then after that refund promised on 3 occasions never happened.
Cost of tickets was £932 my sister eneded up going to going places and buying more tickets which arrived next day (how it should be)
She has been and come back now contacted them on Sunday 19 Aug the guy said "I don't know what has happened will give you refund and call you later today" he did call saying refund had been processed like hell it had no money in her bank.
Please under no circumstances use this company they are rip of merchants and you will only be left paying for tickets twice!
My sister paid by debit card so little chance of claiming back unlike with credit card where you stand half a chance.
I feel for any one affected by this company it's a lot of money to just lose!
I am gonna continue to chase and contact as many organisations for help to stop them trading.
