Warning! Florida Theme Park Tickets from themepark-tickets.com

I ordered £755 worth of theme park tickets for our holiday from
themepark-tickets.com
As our departure date is imminent I contacted the company 3 times over the last couple of weeks and I still haven't obtained any of the tickets, and yes they have taken the money!
Apparently the company are having difficulties obtaining the tickets from suppliers in the States and have a backlog, something about delays with customs / imports too.
Needless to say I'm frantic with anger and frustration. (As I live in Northern Ireland delivery takes longer so I'm unlikely to receive the tickets before departure.) I've spoken to someone in the company who really doesn't give a damn - even said that he couldn't check the computer this evening as everything was switched off! Couldn't even get him to agree to a time when he would ring me tomorrow to update me on the tickets!
Is anyone else having the same problem? / Did you achieve a successful conclusion?
Thanks in advance for any / all responses!

June, thanks for the thread of hope, I'm very jittery at the moment......0 -
ouch not a nice situation - still I hope they dont resort to selling resale tickets that still have days on them! Most parks tickets are non transferable and allocated by thumb print in FL.0

Hi,
Just had exactly the same problem. These people are a bunch of cowboys.
We arfter much hassle have just had our £450 refund. We are due to depart on Friday and on Monday had still not received the tickets, having paid for them at the beginning of June, it makes you wonder if this is an interest scam !!!! Anyone had any luck with these idiots ????0 -
Im confused why they use the thumb print in Disney and sea world....We bought some tickets (6days) off British mum and daughter for £25 on the bus on International drive.ouch not a nice situation - still I hope they dont resort to selling resale tickets that still have days on them! Most parks tickets are non transferable and allocated by thumb print in FL.
We My Male parnter and myself was never questioned once when they took our Thumb Print
Good Luck hope you get sorted out soon or Refunded, personally I think you pay same price once your there anyway.
We have been twice this year and Sea World you purchase 2 day pass ($35 I think ) and it is valid until Dec 07...:TI would love to be a Travel Agent :j0 -
I have spent the last week trying to get my Disney tickets off them to be told on Wednesday that they have no tickets.
I am flying out on Saturday so as you can imagine did not need to here this.
They have lied to us all along saying that the tickets will be here tomorow or the next day.
I have now had to purchase tickets from another site and guess what themeparktickets.com have not given me a refund.
I must have made 30 calls to them over the last week and i am at my witts end.
I am going to have to borrow the money to pay for the additional tickets because i know full well the slimey s**** are not going to refund me
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY0 -

sorry in my anger forgott the dash0 -
I'm having the same problems. The phone is permanently enagaged and they cannot tell me when the tickets will be delivered. When you do eventually get through all they say is that the ticket allocator is not in yet and they will phone you back later. However they never do. Steer clear of these lying cowboy scum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1110

I know people who have used them in the past with no problems, however, I am planning to use undercovertourist.com when I need to get tix as they have a good reputation.
I do hope you can get things sorted. Fingers crossed.0
