Mentioning children at interview

I don't think you'd get very far with that argument. After all why ask the question if it's not relevant to the interview.
I'm really keen to know if you do actually do any hiring or if you're just some bored schoolkid trolling on here now the exams are over.
General conversation, a forgotten art Im afraid.0 -
Absolute nonsense. Ive employed hundreds of people since 1984 and have always asked these questions. Ive never had my collar felt yet so Im willing to take the risk.
Anyway, I dont employ liberals either so my interviewing techniques wouldn't really impact you people anyway as Id see the cut of your gib a mile away.
:rotfl: go on then, entertain us... Tell us what a stereotypical liberal looks like.0 -

How if you cant ask any profiling questions of the candidate. Theres also the question of desire and ability, which do you go for? Different jobs would demand different answers.
Well it's pretty obvious if someone says on their CV for example they have significant experience in HR and recruitment and then in the interview they talk about how acceptable it is to discriminate between potential employees based on their marital status.0 -

Are you male or female btw?
The former.
Could you show me the law that states Im not allowed to ask if a candidate has children then?0 -

Good god, you have to tell people what they want to hear if you are actually going for a job. Its a different matter when you are the other side of the equation though.0
