I'm still fairly new, just read through the last few pages on this thread. I was in the sea with one of our dogs just after 9am this morning as had a free day and the sea was too tempting.
Then spent the rest of the day gardening, everythings finally growingI just need more room for more veggies

Hi Sparkle, nice to see you in the Inn and welcome. Sounds like you have had a lovely relaxing day. I have no room for veg either so I have planted some in between my flowers.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0

Forgot to mention folks, I have blotted my copybook with the DH. Have just watered to garden with one of those spiral hoses. Was trying to de-tangle it after and caught my hand on the handle (by accident) and soaked him while he was sitting at the table reading his book. When I looked up there was water dripping off his glasses and face. I will have to think of a way to make it up to him now!!BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0

I got rid of my veg patch last year as it was too much digging for us.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0

My ironing is finished!!!!! No dirty clothes and the beds are changed too although one beds covers are still in the wash. We are thinking of having a day out over at Hadrians Wall tomorrow. DH says we went there the last two years on our anniversary so will keep up tradition.
It should be a nice day for it anyway and now I am up to date I should enjoy it.
Hope your DH has forgiven you Sylvia - don't tell him I had a good giggle about it.
