Lol! Used to love those days, special pretty party dresses, frilly knickers and socks :eek: - white sandals ....... present tucked under the arm .......... coming home with a balloon and a piece of birthday cake .......... happy days! xxxxx

Will look it out ff - got all my mums handwritten recipe books - just a case of ploughing through them - and finding which book has what!:)

Do you remember when we used to use newspaper to wrap them in (not iluvcats items obviously). Yes Alfie remeber musical chairs as well and pin the tail on the donkey. Kids parties are never simple things these days, they seem to have such great expectations and the party bags they come out with as well. Its an expensive do.
