Had a doctors appointment today as I have had a swollen , but not painful ankle. Doc (who was about 12 by the way) prodded it & poked it & told me I have sprained it , it's now been painful all day .

I'm a tad concerned about ILC's pass the parcel :rotfl::rotfl:

I can recall them days and someone always broke the rules and used to hang on to it until music stopped!!! The wee cheats!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

There wouldn't be chicken/chicken bones etc in the parcel per chance ILC :D :rotfl::rotfl: xxxxx
