I like spiders which is just as well as we get more than our share here

Just a quick pop in as have to go to the hairdressers soon. Its looks like its going to be a lovely day again here too.

Looked at your hotel Sheils it looks very posh. You wouldn't get me through the door I am too shy to go anywhere like that would be frightened of dropping my knife and fork. Have a lovely time.

Have loads of housework to do, not to mention the ironing and really struggling to keep up with the comps. It's a good job DH gets up before me and does my dailies bless him. We are going down to DD2's next week so need to get a grip and catch up.

Well washer is coming (again) today and yet again, it's coming in between the times where I do my lunchtime job! If it isn't here before I go I'm gonna have to re-schedule again! Would have been easier for DH to drive somewhere to pick one up!

Sheils - hotel looks beautiful! Can't really do short breaks, not so much fun on your own but ..... when I visit family up country etc puddy comes with me - me and my pal! She travels well and enjoys the change of scenery!!!

Sylv - can't be doing with fish staring at me either :eek:

Had a meal few years back at local restaurant with family. I ordered what I thought sounded a beautiful dish - fish cooked in sort of parchment paper etc etc.

Aaaargh! When it arrived, the fish was whole - eyes, tail, fins, bones the lot!!! Afraid it was a no no for me :eek::eek:

Walwin, I have so much to do really too but with this heat, everything is being put on back burner - tomorrow's another day
