Oh my goodness! It's so hot here and the outside world is silent!!!

No birds, no insects, puddy sending up zzzzz's upstairs lying on her back with all four legs/paws stretched out, neighbours far to quiet, no traffic ...... nothing!!!! Feel like I'm living in some sort of twilight world!!!! :eek:

Must be siesta time!!!

Even the digi tv is losing its signal which is a bit annoying cos I am enjoying watching The Hungry Sailors

Good on yer Katie for sticking to the gym I was never any good at going regularly!
I will have to wait till Popeye gets home so he can help me lift the washer! I've just been to Iceland for some stuff for tea, I've forgotten son is at his leaving disco after school! Oh well, I suppose it will keep for tomorrow.
It's noisy here Alfie with folk doing their gardening! I will do mine when I've got DD from school.

usually the bird feeders are nearly empty by now but only seen a couple of the little sparrows since early this morning :eek:
even the noisy magpies aren't around playing :eek:

To hot here wingo for peeps doing gardening - even I have given up, apart from watering essentials!!! Ground far to hard even for turning over/weeding now.

No one mowing now - all grass is dried/dead. However, I have no worries with that cos grass springs back with a wee bit of rain (eventually)!!!

Thankfully have quite a few drought loving plants but there are some others that are struggling at the mo so may have to go out this evening and water them.

Dunno That's cats for you. Mine is totally oblivious to life at the mo - deep sleep, airing her tummy! No doubt later through the night she will be on form and bouncing off me bed etc!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Aaaargh! Me spiders and long web have disappeared from me back passage!!!!! Where have they gone? :eek:
