    Morning all

Well, it's weigh day for me and I've lost another pound this week :j So 1 stone in total over the last 6 weeks :j Not as quick as I've done it before but I guess I'm not able to exercise as much. Will just have to keep going a bit longer. Only another 2 stones to go :D

Thanks to the aau and COT, I have that song in my head again this morning now  :rotfl:

Had a brief catchup on new thread as lots to do today after being with my DS Aunitelala all weekend and must say it was a very emotional rollercoaster one at that .BIL is much the same but very tearful :(but a typical post stroke reaction and looks like he will be in the hospital for many months to come.Being realistic this much better for my DS as its barely a year since her cancer operation and still needs to build herself up .I shall be back down with her next week to support her when her DS and family take of for their new life in Australia, something she is dreading :(
Congratulations to all who are doing the 5:2 diet great to have support from each other to spur you on:T

Good Morning everyone. It's interesting to hear of everyone's talk about this diet. I m just having a drink of those emmi latte s but don't really like it. I heated it up but still don't . It's a shame really. I'm also having a piece of stale brown granary bread with honey on lol. Bread doesn't last long nowadays does it but 10 seconds in the microwave and its still quite nice. Poor Susie :D
