The 5:2 diet, what happens eat normal for 5 days and only have 500 cals the other 2. Im very tempted to try but unsure how it works. tia x

That is the idea. :) But my experience this week I need to not use the eating normally on the other 5 days as an excuse to pig out on them. :o

Just back from 2 weeks at sunny (Not) Hemsby, we did get some sunshine just not a lot and you had to dodge the rain that spaced it out and dull weather inbetween sunny spells!

Enjoyed it though and I feel refreshed!

iv found this to be an amazing way to get kids to eat veg and fruit ,

my youngest love veg and fruit all types even lemons pealed:o so do i thou:o

my oldest used to till she went to school and meet fussy kids :eek:

but if i let her pick the veg (from green house/supermarket/market ) then she will eat it :T

i agree there is something speacil for kids to be able to pick and eat things from the garden no one in my house likes peas but i grow loads and they never make it to the house the boys and oh are picking them and eating as soon as they are ready they also eat the cherry toms and mixed lettuce leaves in the garden and a lot of the fruit

    Morning rhosynbach. :)

Peas in a pod are like eating sweets. Rarely make it indoors bit luckier now the DDs are bit older. ;)

Just opened a box of my 1p Jacob's Savoury Favourites.

I have one compartment totally empty

Box was fully sealed and no broken biscuits or crumbs present - just 1 empty compartment.

Is a complaint taking it a bit far?
