    Morning all.

Not as pleased with my weight loss this week but I did go out for a meal last tuesday, takeaway friday and stuffed my face saturday and got drunk so I guess 1lb weight loss is all I can expect. :o

Will update my sig in a mo. 3lb last week and 1lb this week must do better. ;)

Good morning,TS considering this and you STILL lost a 1lB I think you should be delighted:j, well done you and all the other dedicated 5:2 ers.:T

Just opened a box of my 1p Jacob's Savoury Favourites.

I have one compartment totally empty

Box was fully sealed and no broken biscuits or crumbs present - just 1 empty compartment.

Is a complaint taking it a bit far?

No, because they don't know how much you paid!

I had a box once that I didn't realise I had, they were about 5 days in date when I noticed them and soft inside when I opened them.

I complained and got £5 in vouchers even that close to the BB date, girl on the phone said you're not meant to keep them so long before eating them, I said if something has a BB date I expect them to remain perfect until opened up to that BB date otherwise what is a BB date for?:T

And me! Good job it's nearly lunchtime otherwise I would have to start eating dust :)

Fast day for me too, finding this one hard as lots of leftovers from the party at the weekend.

Just had to watch DD2 eat a slice of homemade Iced Victoria sponge with jam and buttercream and DD3 a piece of homemade bread pudding. :(

I have a feeling it is going to be a long day today. ;)

Thanks izzy, I was hoping for 2lbs a week over the next 4 weeks to get down to my first target for my camping holiday. And one of those 4 weeks I am at a music festival for the week so will be hard to fast then.

I also succumbed to drinking coke again on non fast days, full sugar version too. Don't think that helped either. :o

Just seen the j20 mocs mentioned - please can I ask when are they valid until?

By my calculations they are still working out more expensive than buying a litre of juice - is this correct? Is J20 proper juice and not a juice drink?

mind you now most weeks I
am the only juice drinker in the house so when I open a one litre carton it lasts me 4 days which is really too long open. if I switch to J20 bottles though OH will probably start drinking them though

i love it but it is full of sugar when i was pregnant i was accused of being drunk  after a few of these on a meal out

i think there a juice but not 100%

    I would :o

I also recently took back whoopsied strawberries and got them refunded and replaced with a full price fresh pack because one was mushy (under A's refund and replace freshness guarantee :money:)

    Well I certainly wasn't 100% satisfied :rotfl:
