According to my weigh in this morning I have lost 1.75 lbs.
I'm pleased with that and am going to do another 4:3 this week starting today.

Morning. I've been away for the weekend (brothers wedding reception in the uk) and there have been 100 pages since Friday morning!!! :eek:I know I've missed something, it can't all be down to the night shift bilge :rotfl: hope everyone is well. Off to read back, may be a while.....:p

I got apg here, stupidly put the correct details in but had the dreaded more than ten in a month message. Does it re trigger at beginning month, not gone through today. Is anyway can get round this? Ta.....

Ps... Been on great chicken hunt again. Stupid m&s, went yesterday all chicks gone said come back 8am. Went today delivery late, can I wait hour half. Older shelf filler said have word with manager see if can get ordinary chicken through with meal deal. Manageress gave me some stupid story that needs the right chicken to trigger offer on till. Manual override? Wrote to Ho it's just not good enough wasting my time and petrol.....
