Close to where I live there is a huge patch of wild raspberries .Your post has reminded me to go and check them out.I usually get loads to put on the cerial in the mornings.

Good Morning everyone. Sore shouldered Susie today. Felt something happen when I was on the rower at the gym last Tuesday and thought to myself oh I bet that's going to hurt in a few days time, and I was right. Just goes to show going to the gym isn t always beneficial wonder if David would like to massage it for me
