    Morning FloFlo

No you must not fast two days in a row.
I think the diet works because your body doesn't think we are in a famine so I must hold on to the fat reserves. so 1 day means it happily takes from our reserve body fat because it thinks it is short term. And because it is 500 cals we need more than that in a day so that is why we are losing weight. at least that is what I understand is going on.:)
Good luck with tomorrow. Make sure you drink plenty of water, I carry around a bottle all the time.
ps you will pee for England on your first day.:):)

Have a good day at work bubbs

Good morning, didn't manage to do any glitching this weekend and its a real shame because I desperately need yoghurts. Children's social lives just got in the way any shopping (it's a bit of a trek to our Sada). Off to Mr T this morning as taking Nana out. I can't think of anything that I should be looking out for. I guess I'm too late for 1p items and our Tosco is too on the ball usually anyway. I've got plenty of naans. Have I forgotten anything? Glad to see S&G reported as working again. Fingers crossed its still OK when I next get to Sada. Happy sunny day to all. x

Thank you to everyone whose advice has helped me in my desperate quest to make ends meet. x

EDIT-Back on the quest, I've been away too long!

All the talk of raspberries, a few years ago I got three free raspberry plants (obviously through this site). I can't count how many I have now, keep removing them from the path and the lawn too. My GS loves them too, last year he adored being able to help himself from the plants.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

The greenhouse may be a little hot to store your garlic QOC. It'll do alot better in a cool, dry, dark place. I have a brick outhouse where I keep my garlic and onions. They last for ages.
Im not preaching :o just offering some ( hopefully ) useful advice :)

Thanks- I've already left for work now but I'll get them in as soon as I get home. Its not preaching, its giving the benefit of your experience to someone who has none :D

No, you can choose what days to do it. For me, one of them HAS to be the day before weigh in. Everyone is different and with a bit of trial and error, you'll find the right balance for you :)

I ran out of multiquotes so couldnt quote everything I wanted to, and now I've got to the end, I cant remember everything I wanted to comment on :o
